About Steven.
Steven Lockwood, the founder of icollegebarcelona.com, is on a mission to educate all to be their best selves. Locky is not a typical educator; he represented Great Britain playing tennis through his teens before achieving an ATP Tour World Ranking as a men’s player traveling the world.
This opened the door to attending college in the USA as a mature student-athlete. Being dyslexic and unable to read until 20 (books primarily full of pictures :-), Locky started to achieve good grades at college before eventually training to become a qualified teacher in London.
Locky has been Inspired by many outstanding coaches, professors, and his students who have pulled the curtains and opened the windows to be better. He is heartbroken by the failing educational systems and workplace environments and is determined to do something to change them.
